Adding hormones to the equation without establishing the foundations for metabolic and hormone health can be disastrous. Your body does not use hormones in a linear pathway. You can ask your specific questions 24/7 in the group and I will answer them during my regularly scheduled office hours. I believe that this format provides as much or as little access to "picking my brain" and getting the guidance you need in a timely manner. That said, I do offer some limited opportunities to work with me privately in addition to the program for functional testing, coaching and consulting for an additional cost.
“What if I have a thyroid problem and my metabolism is broken?”

“I am a Vegan or Vegetarian...Do you offer vegan or vegetarian options in your program?”
I understand that many people adhere to a vegan diet for philosophical reasons, however, in the Midlife Metabolic Equation, I share about hormone supportive nutrition and lifestyle that includes animal protein and products. Fundamental nutrition science and 26+ years in practice have shown me that animal protein and foods are essential to metabolic and hormone health. Vegetarians are welcome to join the program, but it is difficult to see how this program would be helpful for vegans or vegetarians without an open mind to seeing the benefits of including ethically raised animal foods.
“My situation is unique. I have tried everything and nothing works for me. How is your program different?”
While I believe in bio-individuality, the Midlife Metabolic Equation is based on scientifically backed truths of the female metabolism and hormones. The education and strategies I share inside this program lay the foundation for metabolic and hormone health and include ways to assess and customize for your specific needs.
